Candy Roaster Pumpkin

These are a traditional Heirloom developed by the Cherokee of North Carolina. They are a hefty 6-8# (now selling 3-4# pumpkins) very sweet pumpkin. Chop into 2-3" long sections and roast just like other Squash. Eat roasted, mashed, puddinged, or pied. Best flavor starting in October. Use before Christmas.
