Jerusalem Artichokes are a tuber-producing sunflower native to North America. They have nothing to do with Jerusalem and are completely unrelated to Artichokes. Very hardy and hard to kill once established, so plan appropriately. Harvest in fall or winter after plant has died back. In a 4" pot.
