Gold Beet

Gold Beets are the gourmet cook's delight. They have a milder beet flavor, and give a nice yellow touch to your beet-containing foods. Remove the tops (cook these too!) and store the roots in a ventilated plastic bag in the fridge. Should store at least 1 month.
