Pickling cucumbers

Our pickling cucumbers are ideal for both pickling or even fresh use for slicing or cucumbers salads. The pickles (pickling cukes) have more crunch and are firmer than the slicers, so plan accordingly. Note that we sell them in 1# and 5# lots. Half bushels (~20#) will be available in peak season. If you're making Dill pickles, don't forget Dill heads and garlic. Leave a comment as to the size you prefer. For pickle spears and bread & butter pickles, a larger size is generally used.
