Yellow onions with tops

These are our baby spicy yellow bulb onions. They will have a one to three inch wide bulb with a section of usable onion greens on top. We make about a 2# bunch. Use the bulb onions like normal, and use the onion greens cooked. From week to week, the onion greens will get trimmed smaller and smaller until we get to our bulb harvest in July. Store in the fridge.
