For green Cabbage, we grow a variety called "Farao" which is a delicious tender and crisp cabbage. Use fresh in salad or coleslaw, or cook into any of the multitude of Cabbage dishes. It should keep for a month or more in your fridge - if the outter leaves look bad, just peel them off and use as normal. Heads are about 2#.
