Green onion
Green onions are also known some places as "scallions," or "spring onions." We pack our green onions in a bunch of 6-10, depending on size. Use them in salad, cook them into dishes, chop small for onion garnish, or even use the bottom end of the green onion like an onion. Green onions are a crop we plan to have year-round, so settle into them and get creative! For optimal freshness and longevity, store them in your fridge, root side down in a cup of water, with the band removed.
