Organic Daikon Radish 2#

Daikon and kimchi go together like peas and carrots, or steak and potatoes, or sunshine and sunburns. Use these large roots for pickled daikon, stir-fry, raw garnish, and of course, Kimchi. Will store several weeks in your fridge in a ventilated plastic bag - use what you need from time to time and put the rest back. Pairs well with Nap cabbage.
