These are our sweet red beets. Great for filling your fridge, pickling, giving away, or storing down in your root cellar if you have one. The 12# order is equivalent to a heaped up peck box. Let us know if you prefer washed or unwashed. Washed is easier to use and will store for 1-2 months in your fridge. Unwashed will store longer, but need washed later. Also specify your size preference.
