Ginger

This is sweet and pungent baby ginger. Use ginger in tea, stir-fry, drinks, cookies, cakes, etc... Toss a piece in the freezer and grate off a bit whenever you have need of it. Store either on the counter or in the fridge. Note that the fresh ginger does not have a rind like grocery store ginger which means it is much more tender, and does not need peeled, but does mean the storage life is reduced. Should store 1-2 months. ***Not recommended for growing your own ginger as it is not mature enough.***
