You simply cannot eat Mexican or Mediterranean food without Cilantro. We harvest a 1.5-2oz bunch of the finest Cilantro around. If Cilantro doesn't taste like soap to you, you can use it in salads, or as garnish on most any food, or eat it by the handful like Aaron does while harvesting. If you have the Cilantro soap gene, just trust that Cilantro does actually taste good to some people. To store our Cilantro, remove the rubber band and place the cut end of the stems in water in your fridge.
