Chard

Our rainbow Swiss Chard is excellent for sautéing, steaming, stir-fry, and gourmet preparations. It can also be used sparingly in salads. Don't throw away the stems - use them when you cook the leaves, just cook the stems first for several minutes, then add the leaves. During spring summer and fall, Our Chard will be bunched and weigh 8-12 ounces. During the winter, we pick the leaves smaller and you will receive a 6oz bag of much smaller leaves.
