Our bunched Beets are the best value of any of our items. A bunch usually has about 1-1.5# of Beets and a good handful of tops. Don't throw out the tops! Saute the stems and leaves for a delicious pan of greens, or use the same as you would cooked spinach. Cook the tops a few minutes before adding the greens.
