Curly Parsley

Curly Parsley is a culinary favorite among the fully initiated cooks. The leaves and stems are sweeter than its Italian cousin, and the curly frills add a delicate touch as garnish. It is more difficult and slower to grow than the Italian, so enjoy it seasonally from our farm. Store in the fridge with the stem ends in a small container of water.
