Bulb Fennel

We like to describe bulb fennel as "Licorice Celery". If you don't like the taste of black licorice, fennel isn't for you. Use the ferny tops of the fennel (if included) in salads. Eat the the bulb Fresh like licorice, or even roast chunks of bulb, or use in Cole slaw.
